By placing an order with RenewLens (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Billing Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, FSA/HSA debit cards, and other payment options displayed at checkout. By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge your order total, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

2. Order Processing

Orders are billed at the time of checkout.

If you use an FSA or HSA card, it is your responsibility to confirm that your purchase qualifies as an eligible expense under your plan. RenewLens is not responsible for claim denials by your plan administrator.

Orders may be canceled or delayed if payment authorization fails.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Handling

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout unless otherwise noted. Free shipping promotions may be limited to specific offers or order values. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Prescription lenses are custom products and generally non-refundable once processing begins.
  • If there is an error in your prescription fulfillment due to our lab, we will remake your lenses at no additional charge.
  • Returns for non-custom items (e.g., accessories) are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are received and inspected.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact RenewLens first to resolve any billing or product issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account or refusal of future orders.

7. Subscription or Recurring Billing (If Applicable)

If you enroll in any subscription program, you authorize us to automatically bill your payment method at the interval you selected until canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting customer service prior to your next billing date.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected. Verification may be required before order approval.

9. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
