Prescription Policy
RenewLens requires a valid, unexpired eyeglass prescription for all prescription lens orders. Your prescription must include sphere (SPH), cylinder (CYL), axis values if applicable, and any additional measurements required for your lens type. For multifocal or progressive lenses, a valid near addition (ADD) value is also required.
We do not accept prescriptions that are expired, altered, or incomplete. If your prescription is missing information, we may request a copy of your original document or ask you to contact your eye-care professional for clarification. Pupillary distance (PD) is required and can be provided by your eye-care provider or measured using our online tools.
Prescriptions must be issued by a licensed eye-care professional within the timeframe required by your state. If we cannot verify the accuracy or validity of your prescription, your order may be placed on hold until proper documentation is received.
Our priority is to ensure that your lenses are made accurately and safely according to your verified prescription.
