At RenewLens, we make lens replacement simple and secure. Eligible orders include tracked shipping both ways, so sending your glasses to us and receiving them back is easy and stress-free.


🚚 Free Round-Trip Shipping

RenewLens offers free round-trip shipping on eligible lens replacement orders within the United States.

This includes shipping your glasses to RenewLens and returning them to you after your new lenses are installed.

Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown before your order is submitted.


📦 Two Simple Shipping Options

After checkout, RenewLens may provide one of the following shipping options.

Prepaid Shipping Kit

We may send you a secure shipping kit with protective packaging and a prepaid label.

Place your glasses inside, follow the instructions, and drop the package off with the approved carrier.

Printable Shipping Label

Prefer to ship right away?

You may receive a prepaid printable shipping label by email so you can send your glasses using your own secure box or packaging.

Both options include tracked shipping and simple step-by-step instructions.


⏱️ Estimated Turnaround Time

Turnaround time begins after RenewLens receives your frames and any required prescription or order information.

Shipping Kit Delivery: usually 2–4 business days
Printable Label: available after checkout or by email
Lens Processing & Installation: usually 3–5 business days after frames and required information are received
Return Shipping to Customer: usually 2–5 business days after your completed glasses leave RenewLens

Total turnaround time may vary depending on prescription verification, frame receipt, lens availability, lab processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.


🧾 Order Changes or Cancellations

Need to change something?

Please contact RenewLens as soon as possible after placing your order.

Orders may be changed or canceled only before lens production begins.

Because prescription lenses are custom-made, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.

🛡️ Safe & Fully Tracked Shipping

Your glasses are handled carefully at every step.

• Shipments are tracked whenever available through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another approved carrier
• Protective packaging helps keep frames safe
• Tracking may be provided for shipments to RenewLens and return shipments back to the customer
• If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, our team will help review the issue

RenewLens currently ships within the United States only.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact RenewLens as soon as possible.

For damaged return shipments, please contact us within 60 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging if available.

RenewLens will review the issue and assist with the next steps, which may include working with the shipping carrier when applicable.


🔁 Returns, Remakes & Adjustments

If something is not right with your lenses, please contact our support team before sending anything back.

Returns, refunds, remakes, adjustments, replacements, and quality concerns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible orders may be reviewed under our 60-Day Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee.
