1. Our Services
RenewLens provides prescription lens replacement services, eyeglass lens services, and related optical products and services.
Customers may order replacement lenses for existing frames, complete pairs when available, and other products or services listed on our website.
Some services require customers to send their eyeglass frames to RenewLens before work can begin.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including prescription details, pupillary distance when required, frame information, shipping information, and contact information.
If prescription information is missing, expired, unclear, or cannot be verified, order processing may be delayed until the required information is received.
RenewLens may contact the customer for clarification before processing an order.
3. Prescription Lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-made products created based on the prescription, frame, and lens options selected by the customer.
Because prescription lenses are custom-made, some orders may not be cancelable once production begins.
This does not limit any rights or coverage available under our Billing Terms & Conditions or Refund & Return Policy.
4. Existing Frames
When customers send existing frames to RenewLens, we handle them carefully.
However, some frames may be fragile, damaged, brittle, previously repaired, worn, discontinued, or unsuitable for lens installation.
If a frame is not suitable for lens installation, RenewLens may contact the customer before proceeding or return the frame without completing the order.
RenewLens is not responsible for pre-existing frame damage, hidden weakness, or damage caused by poor frame condition.
5. Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless another payment arrangement is clearly offered on the website.
Payments, billing, taxes, failed payments, FSA/HSA payments, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by our Billing Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping instructions, shipping options, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or on the applicable service page.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to prescription verification, frame receipt, lens availability, lab processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you choose to ship your frames using your own label or packaging, RenewLens is not responsible for packages lost or delayed before they are delivered to us.
7. Returns, Refunds, Remakes, and Adjustments
Returns, refunds, remakes, adjustments, replacements, and quality concerns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Eligible orders may be reviewed under our 60-Day Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee.
Customers should contact RenewLens before sending back any glasses, frames, lenses, or order materials.
Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
8. Website Information
We try to keep website information accurate and up to date.
However, product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, images, and service details may change at any time.
If there is a clear pricing error, product error, payment issue, or suspected fraudulent activity, RenewLens may cancel, delay, or refuse an order.
9. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, coupons, and free shipping offers may be limited to specific products, order values, time periods, or shipping locations.
RenewLens may change or end promotions at any time.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise approved by RenewLens.
