RenewLens provides nationwide mail-in prescription lens replacement services for customers who wish to keep their existing eyeglass frames. We coordinate customer orders, prescription information, shipping, and laboratory processing.

Prescription lenses are manufactured and installed by professional optical laboratories. Appropriately licensed or otherwise authorized professionals are involved where required by applicable law.

RenewLens does not perform eye examinations, diagnose eye conditions, issue prescriptions, or represent itself as a licensed optometrist, ophthalmologist, or dispensing optician. Lens orders are based on prescription information provided by customers and their authorized eye care professionals, subject to applicable verification and dispensing requirements.

Services are subject to applicable federal and state requirements and may vary by location. Additional prescription verification, professional fitting, or other steps may be necessary. RenewLens may decline orders that cannot be completed in accordance with applicable requirements.
