RenewLens Refund & Return Policy
At RenewLens, we want every customer to receive accurate lenses, clear vision, and a reliable service experience.
RenewLens is operated by Bosken Unlimited and serves customers across the United States.
Because prescription lenses are custom-made based on the prescription and lens options submitted by the customer, every order is reviewed carefully. If something is not right, please contact us within 60 days of delivery.
60-Day Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee
RenewLens provides a 60-Day Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your lenses, or if your order has a lens quality issue, manufacturing issue, prescription processing issue, coating issue, lens damage, or another eligible concern, please contact us within 60 days of delivery.
After reviewing the request, RenewLens may offer a remake, adjustment, replacement, or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Customers may be asked to return the completed glasses, lenses, frames, or related order materials before a refund is processed.
Optional service fees, expedited shipping fees, and optional shipping insurance may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by RenewLens or a refund is required by law.
Custom Prescription Lenses
All prescription lenses are custom-made according to the prescription and lens options submitted during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription information before lenses are processed.
Custom prescription lens orders may still qualify for review under the 60-Day Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee.
RenewLens Production Errors
If RenewLens made an error during production, including an incorrect prescription, coating, lens material, lens type, or selected lens option, we will review the order and correct the issue according to this policy.
If the issue was caused by RenewLens, we may remake, adjust, replace, or refund the lenses at no cost to the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 60 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging if available.
If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, you may refuse delivery so the package can be returned safely.
How to Start a Request
To start a refund, return, remake, adjustment, or replacement request, please contact RenewLens first.

Please include your order number, the name used on the order, a short description of the issue, and photos when applicable.
After your request is reviewed, RenewLens will provide next-step instructions.
Please do not send glasses, lenses, frames, or order materials back without first receiving return instructions from RenewLens.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized before they are sent back.
Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping depends on the reason for the request.
If the issue was caused by a RenewLens processing error, manufacturing issue, or eligible quality issue, RenewLens may provide return shipping instructions or a prepaid return label.
For other approved returns or refund requests, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved by RenewLens.
Return Packaging
If a return is approved, glasses should be packaged securely in a protective case or padded packaging to help prevent damage during shipping.
Customers should follow the return instructions provided by RenewLens support.
Refund Processing
Once returned glasses, lenses, frames, or order materials are received, RenewLens will inspect the order and review the request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The time it takes for a refund to appear may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Frame Condition
RenewLens handles customer frames carefully.
However, when customers send existing frames for lens installation, the condition of the frame matters. If a frame is damaged, fragile, brittle, previously repaired, or unsuitable for lens installation, RenewLens may contact the customer before proceeding or return the frame without completing the order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before lens production begins.
Because prescription lenses are custom-made, cancellations cannot be processed once production has started unless otherwise approved by RenewLens.
Taxes
RenewLens follows applicable United States tax regulations.
Taxes are calculated at checkout when applicable.
